Broker/Owner-  Dan Neil was born and raised in the Hudson Valley. He worked for IBNA Spoon River as a sales agent before obtaining his brokers’ license. Dan played baseball for St. Johns University before signing with the Cleveland Indians for 4 years. A shoulder injury ended his baseball career. His dedication, knowledge and service helped him to become a top producer for Spoon River Real Estate. Dan is into the outdoors, athletics, and boating. He also is an owner of My Gym children’s fitness center in Nanuet. Dan continues to be involved with baseball and coaching.

  Sales Agent -  Lori Bastone was born and raised in the Hudson Valley area. Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Lori  was the assistant to the Title Officer for a Title Company in Rockland County where she gained a broad knowledge of real estate. While working for the Title Company, Lori obtained her Paralegal Degree and began working for a real estate attorney and is still with his firm today. In Lori's off time she enjoys scrapbooking, spending time with her family, friends and dogs. Lori has a real passion for real estate. Sales Agent-Celeste Cacchioli was born and raised in Orange County, in the town of Highland Mills, where her family established Peppy & Eddy's Restaurant in 1941.  Graduating from Monroe-Woodbury in 1995, Celeste soon began working in the restaurant and has always taken pride in running the family buisness.   Still in the buisness today, Celeste has always loved to work with people and has established a sense of family that brought her into real estate where she can help people find homes and build families of their own.

Sales Agent-Geraldine Losgar was born in the Bronx.  She lived in Rockland county for more then 30 years, and is currently living in Orange county.  Geraldine has her associates degree in business administration from Dominican College.  Geraldine was working in accounting and finance before joining Field Pointe Realty.  Geraldine has owned many properties , she can relate to buying and selling experience on a first hand level.  She is a very easygoing, personable, honest person who listens to your wants and needs. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her son and attending his sporting events.  She also has two dogs that she loves to hang out with.  .
